      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Атопический дерматит – хронический воспалительный дерматоз, в основе которого лежат комплексное повреждение эпидермального барьера и формирование опосредованного Т-хелперами 2-го типа воспаления. Морфологически это проявляется нарушением терминальной дифференцировки кератиноцитов, перестройкой рогового слоя, снижением экспрессии филаггрина и клаудина-1, а также формированием дермального воспалительного инфильтрата и признаками оксидативного повреждения. Растительные полифенолы, включая антоцианы, рассматриваются как мультитаргетные модуляторы, способные одновременно ослаблять воспалительную активность, усиливать антиоксидантный ответ и поддерживать восстановление барьерных структур эпидермиса. В обзоре систематизированы морфологические и иммуногистохимические маркеры, применяемые в экспериментальных моделях атопического дерматита, приводятся данные о влиянии полифенолов и антоцианов на толщину эпидермиса, выраженность его межклеточного отека, инфильтрацию, содержание барьерных белков и баланс окислительно-восстановительных реакций. Отдельное внимание уделено постановке исследовательской задачи по разработке стандартизованных дерматотропных средств из растительного сырья, включая Epilobium (Chamerion) angustifolium L., и требованиям к доклинической верификации их тканевых эффектов.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis characterized by complex impairment of the epidermal barrier and the development of Th2-mediated inflammation. Morphologically, these changes are manifested by disturbed terminal differentiation of keratinocytes, remodeling of the stratum corneum, reduced expression of filaggrin and claudin-1, as well as the formation of a dermal inflammatory infiltrates and signs of oxidative damage. Plant polyphenols, including anthocyanins, are regarded as multi-target modulators capable of simultaneously attenuating inflammatory activity, enhancing the antioxidant defense, and promoting restoration of epidermal barrier structures. This review systematizes the morphological and immunohistochemical markers used in experimental models of atopic dermatitis and summarizes current data on the effects of polyphenols and anthocyanins on epidermal thickness, the severity of epidermal intercellular edema and dermal inflammatory infiltrates, the expression of barrier proteins, and cutaneous redox homeostasis. Special attention is paid to framing Epilobium (Chamerion) angustifolium L. (fireweed) as a promising subject for future research aimed at the development of standardized dermatotropic formulations and the identification of preclinical endpoints, rather than as a source of established evidence of efficacy in experimental models of atopic dermatitis.&#13;
