        <p>Введение. Лимфомы – гетерогенная группа заболеваний, требующих стратифицированного подхода к диагностике в условиях высокой нагрузки патологоанатомического отделения. В связи с этим актуальна разработка диагностических алгоритмов и путей распределения биопсийного материала на этапе морфологического исследования с целью сокращения сроков анализа. Цель работы – создать алгоритмы маршрутизации образцов с подозрением на лимфому в патологоанатомическом отделении многопрофильного онкологического центра. Материалы и методы. В статье представлены результаты ретроспективного анализа патоморфологических исследований биоматериала от пациентов с диагнозом «лимфома» в патологоанатомическом отделении МКНЦ имени А.С. Логинова за 2024 год. Результаты. Статистический подсчет показал, что за указанный период в отделении было выполнено 1656 исследований (патоморфологических, иммуногистохимических, консультативных) с заключением «лимфома» на материале 731 пациента, что составило 1,8% от общего числа анализов. Число рабочих дней, затраченных на обработку одного образца, варьировало от одного до десяти, в среднем составляя 5,9 дня. Проведен анализ распределения В- и Т-клеточных лимфом по нозологиям с учетом метода и локализации взятия биоматериала. Заключение. Для оптимизации сроков диагностики разработаны модель алгоритма маршрутизации биопсийного материала, а также стандартизация иммуногистохимических панелей. Выделены морфологические, клинические и социальные критерии, позволяющие ускорить анализ образцов. На основе этих критериев создан алгоритм организации потока биоматериала пациентов с подозрением на лимфопролиферативное заболевание.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Introduction. Lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of diseases that require a stratified approach to diagnosis in conditions of high workload of a department of anatomic pathology. In this regard, the development of diagnostic algorithms and optimized approaches for the allocation of biopsy specimens during morphological evaluation is essential in order to reduce diagnostic turnaround time. The study aimed to develop algorithms for specimen allocation in cases of suspected lymphoma. &#13;
Materials and methods. We performed a retrospective analysis of pathomorphological examinations of biopsy specimens diagnosed as lymphoma in 2024 at the department of anatomic pathology of The Loginov Moscow Clinical Scientific Center. &#13;
Results. A total of 1,656 pathological, immunohistochemical, and consultative examinations were performed on specimens from 731 patients with a pathological diagnosis of lymphoma, accounting for 1.8% of all examinations conducted in the department. The diagnostic turnaround time ranged from 1 to 10 working days, with a mean of 5.9 days. The distribution of B-cell and T-cell lymphomas according to histological subtype, biopsy method, and anatomical site of specimen collection was analyzed.&#13;
Conclusion. We identified morphological, clinical, and social factors associated with a shorter diagnostic turnaround time. Based on these findings, to optimize the diagnostic turnaround time for suspected lymphoma, we developed an algorithm for processing and allocating biopsy specimens and proposed standardized immunohistochemical panels.&#13;
